Debbie Taylor began her love of North Carolina while visiting her father’s family as a young child nearly every summer. She graduated from East Carolina University, where she met her husband, Drew and began a teaching career with the Raleigh City Schools. Drew’s work as an executive in the medical industry, led the Taylor family to Wisconsin, Utah, New Jersey, Greensboro, North Carolina and to metropolitan Denver where they lived for 26 years. In 2012 they traded the mountains for the beach and relocated to North Carolina’s gorgeous Crystal Coast. Debbie’s personal relocation experience became the catalyst for her real estate career, and has provided her with a unique perspective and empathy for her customers and clients. Debbie has been selling real estate with distinction for over 20 years; she built a vibrant referral based business as a result of her philosophy, “nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.” She develops long-term relationships with her clients and customers during the process of buying and selling homes and earns their trust. Degree; she attained a GRI Designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), a CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist – held by less than 3% of all Realtors nationally) and a CNE Certification (Certified Negotiations Expert).
